Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process

- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

- If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If it costs less, we will refund the difference
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Køkkenartikler (Kitchen articles) that have been unpackaged or used
- Køkkentekstiler (Kitchen textiles) that have been removed from original packaging
- Kopper & Krus (Cups & Mugs) that show signs of use
- Any products that are personalized or made-to-order
